Space monitoring center of SINP MSU provides current information on the state of the near-Earth space. Complex infrmation system provides an approach to the operational data which characterizes the level of solar activity, geomagnetic and radiation states of the magnetosphere and heliosphere online at http://swx.sinp.msu.ru/. The basic components of the system are current data of Russian and foreign space experiments on the measurements of charged particles flux in eenrgy channels from hundreds keV up to hundreds MeV and solar wind data. Space weather models operated off-line are used for data analysis.

The system for monitoring and analysis of radiation and geomagntic conditions in the near-Earth space allows to reconstruct basic characteristics of solar activity influence on the geomagnetic conditions and radiation environment of the Earth online basing on the parameters of plasma, magnetic field and charged particles flux on the magnetosphere and solar wind. Interactive services allow to take and analyze data for certain time moments. Forecasts of the velocity of quazi-stationary fluxes of solar wind at the near-Earth orbit are made online with advance time of 3-4 days basing on automated determination of coronal holes parameters according to the Sun images got from SDO satellite. Dst-index is forecasted basing on the parameters of solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field by means of neural network methods.
