Academician Dmitry Skobeltsyn
November 24 was a day of the 120th anniversary of the birth of the Academician Dmitry Skobeltsyn. In this respect a Joint Meeting of the Scientific Session of the Physical Sciences Devision of RAS and Scientific Councils of the Lebedev Physical Institute and SINP MSU took place in the conference hall of the Lebedev Institute on November 28.
The talks were given by MSU Rector, Academician Viktor Sadovnichy, SINP MSU Director, Professor Mikhail Panasyuk, Lebedev Physical Institute, Academician Gennady Mesyats, Professors I Toptygin, O. Dalkarov, V.Mikhailin.
Elena Skobeltsyna, niece of Dmitry SSkobeltsyn participated in the Meeting as a honorary guest.
