ASTROGEOPHYSICAL REASONS OF BURSTS INTENSITY NEUTRON RADIATION AND SEISMIC ACTIVITY ON THE EARTH

In 1990-1991 on the Pamir being seismic activity area, at height 4200m above a sea level the increase of intensity of neutron radiation in time new and full moons was revealed. Amplitude of increase at times exceeded a neutron background in tens time. The experiments of last years have allowed to confirm the assumptions, that the reason of bursts are having tide forces arising as a result of gravitational interaction of the Earth, the Moon and the Sun, and the mechanism of formation of bursts is connected to increase of concentration of radioactive gases (isotopes Radone) near to a surface of the Earth. Having tide forces together with that can be by the trigger mechanism giving a beginning of seismic activity in that or other area of the Earth. The analysis of the global catalogue of earthquakes for 1964-1992 years with magnitude mb > = 4 has allowed to find out for them fortnight lunar periodicity connected to phases new and full moons, in area Pacific ocean of a seismic ring to the latitude 40 North and to the latitude 10 South, that essentially has expanded geography of areas, which seismic activity correlates with phases of the Moon. Study of neutron bursts and their correlations with by seismic activity can result in occurrence of a new type of harbingers of increase seismic activity - neutron bursts caused by Sun-Moon-Earth gravitational interaction.
