The results of the partial-wave analysis of the angular distributions for the process Gamma p - Etha p at the energies upto 2 GeV are given. From the energy dependence of the regressoin coefficient a_0(W) the reliable estimates of the Breit-Wigner parameters of S_{11}(1535)-resonance and the energy dependence of real and imagenery parts of electric dipol amplitude E_{0+} and its phase were obtained.
