These articles describe method of histogram interpolation by cubic spline and
smoothing it with regularization method (according to Tikhonov). Basis for
calculation spline curve has been designed and calculation of stabilizing
functional for regularization done as well. Base on above, new algorithm for
interpolation and smoothing histograms has been created. This algorithm
implemented as a set of ?C? programs.
