Sparkling corona electric discharge as source of chemical active particles.

The sparkling corona electric discharge was analyzed at high voltage 10 kV, discharge current per one electrode not more than 100 A between hard electrode and water surface The condition for active particles generation and their yields were studied, kinetic model of process was built and model was tested on examples several chemicals decomposition. The possibility for generation and conveyance of ozone-hydroxyl mixture outwards of reactor was analyzed, and using this mixture for chain reaction initiation of organic impurities of water.
