The threshold wave equation of dynamics in a microcosm

In work is supposed that main effects of the quantum mechanics follow from restriction on speed of change of the kinetic energy inducing a so-called threshold ratio on action. On borders of threshold intervals movement should correspond to the classical equations of dynamics. Between these - reference points movement can not be determined basically and it has casual character. The threshold equation for a finding of casual deviations of parameters of the movement, generalizing known equations of Schrodinger and Klein-Gordon is discussed.
