The activated is water having abnormally high biological activity. High activity have the water saturated by oxygen and its active forms, and water saturated by hydrogen. The scientific principles and engineering problems are discussed. The devices created by autors are permitted to produce medicinal oxygen water and water with negative ORP using ecologically pure methods on the place its consumer and in unlimited amounts. The simple methods for qualitative analysis of water are discussed.
